Cargo ship being loaded, both ships boarding at 8 am and departing on high tide around 11 for Konstantina, capital of Sezja.
Mon will board the Tall Tale with Dhuka in the night.
The question that occurs to them as they prepare to depart is how will Mon be able to make the check-in list to board the ship. Marigold suggests he talk with whomever is responsible for that list, and let them know he will be catching up as he's running an errand. She also propose that they spread the word that due to the Cardinal looking for him, he will not publicly appear on the ship until it has taken off. Or he could check in early, then shadowstep off the dock.
He informs Sir Gregory that he needs to make arrangements for his winnings, and he will likely miss the boat but he will catch up. Sir Gregory agrees to have him checked in.
Meets Nadie on board, she checks him in and tells him he's a few days early. Mon finds a hiding place on the Cardinal's Blessing, then shadowsteps and returns to the Legendary. He heads to Branna's room, where he finds Dhuka packed ready to go. Mon asks the child to piggy back and he turns invisible, but Dhuka is still visible.
Mon tells Dhuka she will be reunited with Anya. Dhuka breaks down in tears of joy and sadness at hearing of Anya's poor treatment by the Cardinal in the Cathedral's dungeon.
On board the Tall Tale, Dhuka tells Mon her sister is not talking. Popov confirms he has not heard her talk. Mon shakes Anya awake, and she is startled. Checking her mouth, Mon finds she still has her tongue. After asking questions, Mon discovers that the Cardinal has cursed her. Through careful arcane investigation, Mon determines that the Cardinal has taken Anya's voice, much like Mon suddenly recalls how he was given a voice by Dr. Sadistik. Mon elects to send her a message to her, so she can communicate with him. Dhuka is seasick, and Mon casts lesser restauration. Mon casts disguise and pretends to be a fisherman.
She tells him the Cardinal arrested her as he was looking for missing pages from his diary where he all but confesses to being responsible for the death of the King's youngest daughter. She was in the Cathedral searching for information on what happened to her mother.
Mon explains to Dhuka where her sister was all this time, and what she was doing. Mon promises to do his best to find out what happened to Anya. He then relays his information to Marigold and Branna in the morning.

At the Palace, Joseph approaches Branna and Marigold and tells them there is a plan afoot for collecting as much funds as possible from the Legendary's artisans to make a contribution to pay off Sir Gregory's debts and become investors in the theatre. Inside Mon's purse is a note that directs his bank to allow the payment of an additional 100 gold from his account, for a sum of 370 gold.
Pavel finds Marigold and tells her
Sir Gregory tells her that Sir Sergeii invested 5000 gp. She tells them LAG is ready to invest 12,300 gold pieces. They head to the bank, and after hours of paperwork and negotiations, the payment is made to the Legendary's consortia of creditors, and the Sezja Tradesmen Artisan Guild Emporium (STAGE).
By dinner, the news has spread that the theater has been saved, and that the finances are in a solid state.
When Mon hears the news, he realizes that Pavel was most likely behind the theft at Thunderhoof Downs, and they probably only stole what they needed. Perhaps some of his accomplices were friends from the Anchor's Luck, which spread the wealth around the island.

After a hearty breakfast, Marigold and Branna. Grey and overcast, conversation between Marigold and the Cardinal, then Herald arrives just as Marigold whispers the Cardinal was banished. His attention is directed at the cad, who is ordered strip searched.
The ships are searched again by the Cardinal's men. After several delays, they finally sail. After clearing the fjord and a few miles off the coast, they are met by Popov and the Tall Tale. Mon, Dhuka and Anya come on board the Cardinal's Blessing
Marigold suggests a pin could be designed for each year, a purveyor of the arts pin in different metals, with stones for later years. Sneak peaks at dress rehearsals for friends and families. For folks who want to watch the production without the distraction of opening night.
Perhaps Dhuka and Anya could write a gossip page and listen in to conversations in the boxes.
Captain Roustem is the captain of the Cardinal's Blessing, the ship the passengers will arrive.
